Lots of QPR fans have been describing Bobby Zamora’s goal in the play-off final in 2014 as the goal of the decade following a club tweet.
The official account has been asking fans what they believe their goal of the decade is, and the 90th-minute goal by Zamora in the play-off final against Derby is getting a lot of support from Rangers’ fans online.
Not only was the goal the deciding goal in the match, but it meant it was the second time of the decade that the club would be in the English top-tier.
Was this goal of the decade?
Yes
No
The game was set to go to extra-time, which meant another 30 minutes of football playing with 10-men for Rangers after Gary O’Neil was sent off for a challenge on Johnny Russell.
As you can tell from the responses below, lots of the QPR fans loved being reminded of such a goal, with many describing it as their favourite of the decade.

It might seem a bit longer away than five years ago since they had the striking partnership of Charlie Austin and Bobby Zamora after some difficult seasons, yet despite a pretty so-so first half of the season, they are still only seven points off the play-off places.
Four games without a win has put a bit of pressure back on the player and the manager, and while they are still 11 points clear of the relegation zone, they will want to make sure they can bounce back to winning ways soon.
