Following on from our pre-season friendlies out in Germany where we faced Hoffenheim in a doubleheader of games last weekend – drawing the first tie 2-2 before losing the second match 3-0 – Queens Park Rangers produced a short GIF for the clubs’ social media fans this week.

It concerned youngster Ebere Eze and a moment of sheer class from the 20-year-old talent and whilst it was incredibly well received by fans, it also caused many to speculate about his long-term future at the club.
With a return of two goals in nine starts and nine substitute showings for QPR, plus five goals in 22 appearances for Wycombe Wanderers during a loan spell, plenty think he’s only going to get better as he continues his development and fans have long called for the club to reward him with a new long-term contract so at least if the vultures do circle, we can maximise the transfer fee.
