Television broadcaster and now football boss Sky Sports announced their latest round of TV picks for the Championship yesterday and Queens Park Rangers discovered that they would receive a bit of a cash boost in September with two of our fixtures selected for screening.
— QPR FC (@QPR) July 23, 2018
The first game selected is our home clash against Millwall. The date and kick-off time of this match does not change with the selection and it continues to take place on Wednesday, September 19th at 7.45pm.
The second game selected is Norwich City and that will also continue to take place on Saturday, September 22nd but the kick-off time moves to the later 5.30pm slot for the cameras.
Both of these games are therefore no longer available on QPR+ and the clash against Sheffield United on Saturday, August 11th has been chosen for international broadcast and is also unavailable.
With reactions often being of a similar vain when television selections are made, the fact this doesn’t overly inconvenience fans has been welcomed on social media.
See. Football is coming home !!

Don’t mind these, it’s when they make them 12.30 kick offs that pisses me off as it limits my drinking time lol
