Lots of QPR fans have chipped in with their opinion on who should be the club’s captain next season.

Right now, the current skipper Grant Hall has his future hanging in the balance, considering he just has a matter of months left on his contract, even if he has been a regular starter throughout the season.

The next biggest suggestion for the armband seems to be Dominic Ball. The midfielder has been an important part of the Rangers side and has become a fan favourite after joining from Rotherham United on a free transfer.

He has only been at the club for less than a year, but it seems his commanding and passionate performances have thrust the player into consideration to be the club’s skipper.

Do you think Marco Ramkilde is a good signing?

Yes, looks a good deal

No, I'm not sure why we've signed him

Don't know enough about him

Fan account @QPRHQ posed the question to the club’s supporters, asking whether, if Hall is to depart, Dom Ball should be the captain the next season.

Plenty replied to the tweet with a range of views. Many would like to see Ball take over as captain next year, while many others think it would be a shock for Hall to not have his contract renewed.

There seems to be a pretty equal split for both Hall and Ball – and there were no other names thrown into the hat.
