Report Claims 21 y/o Is On The Verge Of Signing A New Long Term QPR Deal

|

Highly rated Queens Park Rangers youngster Ilias Chair has become more of a regular in the first team under manager Mark Warburton this season, and the Moroccan Under 23 international has already made seven appearances for our new gaffer in 2019/20.

Following the 21-year-old’s successful loan spell out with Stevenage in the second half of the 2018/19 campaign (16 starts – 6 goals returned), he’s hit the ground running the year and opened up his account with a goal in the EFL Cup clash with Bristol City and he’s even chipped in with an assist (Swansea City).

With his current deal at Loftus Road coming to an end, it was reported on Tuesday that talks were ongoing between his representatives and QPR over a new three year contract, and the claim from Talksport was that the deal was on the verge of being confirmed and announced.

There will be plenty of fans who hope that the ink is dry before the weekend so it’s another player we don’t have to worry about.
