Ouch! Injury Update

Both Marc Bircham and Marc Nygaard have been ruled out of the away trip to Derby.

Seems our 3-0 win over Norwich last weekend has proved costly with both players picking up hamstring injuries. Neither player tore any muscles though, so should be pushing for a return in Tuesdays game against Watford.

Martin Rowlands is also making steady progress in his rehabilitation. His return to fitness has taken a lot longer than first expected and he is still a couple of weeks away from a possible return to action.

Steve Lomas should also return in the next few weeks but Matthew Rose isn’t so lucky. It has been decided that the player will need surgery on his groin injury and he will miss at least four more weeks. Ouch. Dangerous game this football!
