Queens Park Rangers supporters have voted Kaspars Gork?s as Man of the Match against Sheffield Wednesday

The Latvian international had defended stoutly throughout alongside initially Fitz Hall then Matthew Connolly as the R`s kept Marcus Tudgay and Luke Varney at bay.

With the game finely poised at one a-piece Kaspars strode up from the back and headed home an 82nd minute winner from Alejandro Faurlín`s corner.

It was his first goal for QPR after successful spells in front of the target for both Blackpool and the Latvian national side.

The top three were as follows in descending order:

1. Kaspars Gork?s – 43%
2. Adel Taarabt – 19%
3. Radek Černý – 10%

Now we ask: Judging on the season so far, where will QPR finish?
