Reading winger Jobi McAnuff has emerged as a target for QPR boss Neil Warnock, despite an early marker being snubbed.

According to Sky Sports Rangers have seen a £1.5m bid turned down for the Championship journeyman, who was influential in the Royals revival last season.

Warnock has made no secret of his desire to recruit in the coming weeks, and more activity is expected as July 1 looms.

McAnuff made 36 appearances in a wide berth for Reading netting three times – and would prove a useful asset for Rangers going forward.

Should Rangers up their bid? – Let us know!
