The Men in Black – Crystal Palace v QPR

Lee Mason from Greater Manchester will officiate Rangers trip to Crystal Palace this weekend.

Mason was placed on the National List of referees in 2002 before impressing sufficiently to be placed on the Select List in 2006, and he has been plying his trade in the Premier League since.

This weekend he will be assisted by Jake Collin and Andrew Halliday with the fourth official Mike Dean.

So far this season he has dished out 76 yellow cards and five reds in 23 games – giving him an average of 3.52 cards per game.
