QUEENS Park Rangers will again be assessing the injury of Loic Remy ahead of this weekend’s clash with Manchester United.

Sections of the media reported the forward was out anywhere between a week to the rest of the season, but he is again being assessed after previously missing out against Swansea City.

Reports are suggesting he has incurred a set-back in his recovery, but quite how close to the mark that is remains to be seen, with the French forward only able to feature twice for QPR.

Meanwhile there is better news as Junior Hoilett steps up his recovery and expects to be available in some capacity this weekend. The wide-man limped off in the early going during the stunning win at Chelsea, and has been on the road to recovery since.

Samba Diakité is back from the African Cup of Nations as his Mali side missed out on the final at the hands of Nigeria. The midfielder is in contention against the league leaders tomorrow.
