Former Chelsea and Watford boss Gianluca Vialli has totally dismissed taking over as boss at QPR.

In a previous Vital QPR article headlined QPR Co-Owners Become Impatient the Italian and a number of other well known football figures were seen to be sat in the Rangers Directors’ box at last Saturdays home 1-1 draw against high-flying Watford, however, earlier this week the 43-year-old dampened down rumours that he was about to join co-owners Flavio Briatore and Bernie Ecclestone as gaffer at Loftus Road.

Commenting on the rumour, the former striker made it clear by saying…

‘I was there because Flavio has been a friend of mine for more than ten years and he invited me along as his guest,”

‘But I want to make it very clear that I haven’t been offered the job, nor am I seeking the job.’
