Mbia For Barton?

STEPHANE Mbia and Joey Barton are rumoured to be doing a swap deal as QPR are reportedly close to signing the Marseille defender


Barton will be unavailable for 12 games and has lost his squad number today as he is on the verge of leaving, if only on loan for the time being.


Sky Sports are this evening reporting that Stephane Mbia could be coming to Loftus Road. The 26-year-old Cameroon international has been linked to both Manchester clubs and Chelsea in recent days, but rumours are rife that he is close to a move to W12.


For Barton, it is the other direction that seems to be calling as Olympique Marseille – a former club of Djibril Cissé – eyes a deal for the midfielder.
