As reported earlier today, Rob Hulse has made the switch to Charlton Athletic on loan.

Hulse has been linked with a plethora of clubs since failing to make the 25-man squad, and has opted to switch across London to the Valley.

He told the Charlton official site: ‘My career has been a bit stop-start for the past year and I’m looking forward to getting it back on track now with Charlton Athletic.

‘I’ve met Chris Powell a couple of times and look forward to working with him. He’s an up-and-coming manager who I’ve heard lots of good things about, so it`s nice to be here.’

He has penned a three-month loan deal with the Addicks and can go straight into the squad to face Watford.
