Contrary to popular belief, Millwall on-loan defender Marcus Bignot has not signed a contract with the League One side.

Millwall manager Kenny Jackett has made it publicly clear the 33-year-old is still a Queens Park Rangers player, however, it is known the R’s management and the New Den club have agreed a transfer fee. The only obstacle to overcome is for Bignot’s agent to rubber stamp the deal.

Marcus has made eight league appearances since moving to the South East London club.

  • mate you are wrong. he passed his medical this afternoon and he will most probably play for us tomorrow. expect it to be announced tomorrow. i would appreicate if you didnt second guess another vital site when you don’t know the full story.

  • Trust me when I say Bignot WILL NOT be playing in your FA Cup replay tomorrow night. Oh and I am not second guessing anyone. Yes he will sign but he hasn’t yet. Blimey some peple just don’t listen.

  • he has signed mate. it just hasn’t been announced – two different things. why do an article on it, when tomorrow it will be confirmed. maybe things didnt go through for walsall game, but he is a Lion.

  • not saying it is. your the one that always talks about vital sticking together – why are you going against me? If you’d like to send me an email, i can explain fully how i know.

  • Does it really matter when he signs,as long as the player is happy!!!!!!!!! Anyway good luck to him he deserves it,good servant to Qpr. Yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooors

  • hoop, why don’t you just e-mail Aldo and swallow your pride….?you’re both working toward the same cause for Vital, no points to be scored off of one another, unless you’re deliberately courting controversy to prolong the argument thus expand the front page traffic?

  • so goodbye Biggy hope your new home is better than your last where you got treated well at times and badly at others all the best
