LUKE Young believes that Queens Park Rangers will bounce back against Blackburn Rovers this weekend

Young featured in the unfamiliar role of left-back as a changed rearguard shipped six goals against neighbours Fulham.

After reserving special praise for the supporters that remained with the side throughout, he vowed that his side will bounce back this weekend.

‘Hopefully we can bounce back this weekend,’ Young told QPR.co.uk

‘At home we have been playing good football without getting the wins. We’ve picked up a couple of draws but I felt that – particularly in the first halves – we really took it to our opposition.

‘We will be playing the same way this weekend and if Blackburn come at us, it may help us to get in behind them.’

Blackburn are managed by the under-fire boss Steve Kean and supporters have become discontented of late under his guidance.

Rovers currently sit in the bottom three and despite a sensational victory over Arsenal, sections of support will be baying for blood this weekend.
