  • A wee problem with the stats. M’bro have never won the “Championship”. They may well have finished runners up in what is now known as the “Championship” in 1997-8, but their bets ever finish in the proper Championship” i.e. the first division was in 1913/14 when they finished third!!

    The other titles refer to the 2nd division title!

  • Actually, you will find, in 1913/14 the league they finished third in was the premiership (with a different name). The achievements mentioned under the championship were indeed what is now known as the championship, albeit when it had a different name.
