“Where’s all the haters tonight”: Lots of QPR fans delighted after finally breaking their duck

|

If this really was a litmus test, then I think itโ€™s fair to say that the team passed it with flying colours.

Having gone through a terrible week with defeats to Fulham and Nottingham Forest, QPR have now officially โ€˜bounced backโ€™ with a draw away to Derby County last week and then yesterday an excellent victory over a high-flying Preston North End side.

Whilst Eberechi Eze will get the majority of the headlines as his two goals were enough to see the home side through to victory, the big story of the game was that QPR managed to pick up their first clean sheet of the season at the 20th time of asking.

So when the QPR Twitter account brought that little nugget to the attention of the fans after the game, they were incredibly overwhelmed to finally have that monkey off their back. And after the stick that followed goalkeeper Joe Lumley after the defeat to Nottingham Forest, it certainly struck a change in peopleโ€™s tone of voice.

Should the club accept a ยฃ20m bid for Eze if it came in?

Yes

No
