Queens Park Rangers have qualified for the Second Round of the Puma Youth Alliance Cup – southern section.
The R’s qualified in third place In Group Five behind Millwall and Wycombe Wanderers, with the former picking up a crucial win over Southend United on the final day to send the Rangers through.
Rangers picked up the following results on their way to the Second Round:
QPR 1-2 Millwall (Nanetti)
Aldershot Town 2-5 QPR (German, Bewick 2, Clement og, Cox)
QPR 0-2 Wycombe Wanderers
Southend United 3-5 QPR (German 2, Andrade 2, Morley)
QPR will now host neighbours Brentford on Saturday 7th November 2009.
