Patrick Agyemang has been ruled out of tomorrow`s clash with Coventry owing to a thigh injury.
The injury occurred in training on Wednesday and after consultation with the club surgeon will see Pat go under the knife at the weekend.
Physio Paul Hunter spoke to QPR.co.uk
“Pat is pencilled in for surgery on Saturday and we should have the results back soon after.
‘At that stage we will know the prognosis of the injury and begin preparations for his rehabilitation.”
Rangers must now select two from three possible strikers with Heidar Helguson, Samuel Di Carmine and Dexter Blackstock all available for selection.
