Vital QPR brought you news a fortnight ago about the interest from Sheffield United.

The Blades had an enquiry immediately rejected by the Rangers chairman and there interest was followed up by Premiership Birmingham City and Championship rivals Norwich City.

Birmingham were believed to have tabled a bid of around £750,000 which was rejected without a thought and the club are unwilling to do business below the players valuation of £3million.

Ian Holloway confirmed in Tuesday?s night?s press conference that the interest had been unsettling the giant defender who was happy to stay for the near future despite his Premiership dreams.

Paladini also confirmed the player was not for sale at such a poor price. He told the Kilburn Times:

?’The offers were derisory, nowhere near good enough and I said ‘no way in the world’.

‘We’ve no intention of selling Danny anyway.’
