Vital QPR bring you the latest team news in the R’s camp as they prepare to face Sheffield United tomorrow.

Rangers are without a string of first team players for the trip to Bramall Lane.

Gareth Ainsworth and Mauro Milanese are both suspended and will be joined on the sidelines by youngster Scott Donnelly (bruised foot), Kevin Gallen (now back in full training) and Simon Royce (making good progress in his return).

Dominic Shimmin and Martin Rowlands are both still on the injury list.

Gary Waddock has called up 16-year old defender Andrew Howell for the trip to the Blades.

Howell can play at left back and will join the first team for the first time. Head of Youth Joe Gallen told the QPR official website: ‘Andrew had the choice to either join the Commandos or QPR – I’m so glad he picked us. He has been doing very well and has been rewarded for his hard work.’

‘He is as hard as nails as a footballer and I’m sure he’ll be able to cope with the step up.’

2nd place Sheffield United have Danny Webber and David Unsworth back in contention from injury and suspension respectively.

Rob Kozluk is again likely to deputise in place of Leigh Bromby after a fine showing in the Steel City derby last week.
