Vital QPR broke the news a few a weeks ago that Nottingham Forest had been tracking Dexter Blackstock with a view to a bid – here a newspaper confirms this.

The People believe that Nottingham Forest are lining up a sensational £2.2m bid for the forward who will join the strugglers initially on loan.

Vital QPR broke this news on Wednesday March 11 that Dexter was the subject of an approach from Forest in January and their interest has been rekindled as the forward cannot agree a new deal in W12.

The interest in Blackstock became more prevalent after missing out on Aston Villa forward Marlon Harewood.
