Queens Park Rangers are reportedly interested in two former Championship managers.
According to the Daily Mail this morning (Thursday) both Jim Magilton and Colin Calderwood are names which head the Rangers hit-list.
Following his departure from Nottingham Forest the former Tottenham Hotspur defender has been helping former boss Iain Dowie at Newcastle United.
Magilton was given the boot from Portman Road in classy fashion by mysterious owner Marcus Evans who relieved him of his duties by telephone while the Ipswich legend was on compassionate leave.
The two names mentioned are certainly not of the calibre we have come to expect from Rangers chiefs, as they opt for Championship experience over foreign flair. However if it`s Championship experience you`re looking for, surely someone more successful than the named duo should be in your sightlines?
