Queens Park Rangers twice came from behind to secure a point against Aldershot Town at the Recreation Ground.

Falling behind courtesy of a John Grant goal, Rangers youthful side had to call on all their exuberance to haul themselves back into the fixture.

Led by Marc Bircham, the Rangers second string drew level when Josh Parker’s effort was too hot to handle for Clark Masters, and Sam Bewick was on hand to steer home the rebound.

Grant was at the double with just over ten minutes remaining when Danny Hylton’s effort wasn’t held by reserves ‘keeper Shane McWeeney.

Undeterred Rangers managed to exact the equaliser in a four goal thriller, rather than concede like the first team, with the lively Parker providing for Luke Olley to nod home the leveller.

QPR: McSweeney, Harriman, Sanderson (Rose 83), Ehmer, Harris, Olley, Bewick, Alberti (Sutherland 74), Balanta (Sterling 62), German, Parker.
