Queens Park Rangers have denied that they are planning to move away from Loftus Road.

Rangers are rumoured to be taking up the site at Headstone Gardens, previously owned by Kodak. It is situated near the centre of Harrow.

A Queens Park Rangers spokesperson spoke to the Harrow Observer.

‘For the time being the club has no intention of moving from Loftus Road.”

‘There has been a significant investment in the current ground and as it stands we are concentrating on extending the ground and getting it full.’

Queens Park Rangers current ground, Loftus Road, may fall short of the owners expectations in terms of Premier League capacity, however Mr. Briatore has already gone on record as stating he is happy with the location of the current ground.

Rangers are notoriously the ground hoppers of English football, holding the record for the amount of ground moves after making Loftus Road their sixteenth venue in total. Prompting journalist Dennis Signy to dub the R`s, “The Gypsies of the Soccer Scene”.
