Queens Park Rangers have turned their attention to spurs duo Radek Cerny and Tomas Pekhart if recent reports are to be believed.

Flavio Briatore is reportedly interested in the pair and spoke to the players` agent Pavel Paska.

Paska has come out and stated:

‘QPR want to capture both players in the January transfer window’

‘Radek’s contract with Tottenham expires in the summer, while Pekhart could leave on a six-month loan deal with an option for a permanent move.’

Rangers handed home debuts to 8 players in the 2-0 triumph over Barnsley at the weekend, and look set to add a couple more if rumours are to be believed.

Cerny has recently played an integral role in the Spurs line-up, taking the place of Paul Robinson and giving a succession of solid displays for the club. The keeper from the Czech Republic has made 3 international appearances and impressed Spurs in a loan spell from Slavia Prague, a club he made 178 appearances for.

Pekhart has impressed in youth games for Spurs and will see a loan deal to the R`s as an ideal opportunity to get some first team football under his belt. Tomas is a Czech Republic under 21 international, making 5 appearances and scoring 5 goals. He is yet to make his full debut for Tottenham after his move from Slavia Prague in 2006.

In the meantime there is still no more on the prospective signing of Tottenham winger Wayne Routledge.
