Queens Park Rangers are set to make a bid for Bristol City defender Bradley Orr after months of interest.

The defender who is out of contract at the end of next season is keeping his options open and the Bristol Evening Post are reporting that Neil Warnock is poised to bid.

A £500,000 starting bid could tempt Steve Coppell given that he can walk away for free next season, but he will not let the 27-year-old go lightly due to a shortage of defenders.

Orr was previously placed on the transfer list when rejecting several contract offers prior to signing his present deal – and a similar scenario seems to be playing itself out once again.
