Queens Park Rangers have had some very popular players over the years and Clint Hill is one man who is remembered very fondly by the R’s fans.
The no-nonsense defender made 185 appearances for the Londoners and he played a prominent role as Neil Warnock’s men secured the Championship title in 2011. And, he starred a few years later as QPR returned to the Premier League thanks to a dramatic play-off final win against Derby County at Wembley.
The club looked back to that 13/14 season over the weekend and it prompted a response on social media from Hill, who enjoyed reflecting on those ‘great memories’ from that season.
