Queens Park Rangers have decided not to hold an annual general meeting this year.
The club announced today (Tuesday) that they will instead make the annual report and financial statements available online to shareholders for the period 31 December 2008 on the official website.
They do this in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and the Articles of Association of QPR Holdings Limited.
The club will notify shareholders when the financial statements are uploaded onto the official site.
