QUEENS Park Rangers will take on Reading in the third round of the Capital One Cup

The newly promoted Royals edged out Peterborough United at the Madejski Stadium during the week and now travel to Loftus Road to face QPR.

Rangers meanwhile coasted past League One Walsall with goals from Shaun Wright-Phillips, Bobby Zamora and Jose Bosingwa.

The tie will be played week commencing September 24, 2012.
