Queens Park Rangers have drawn MK Dons in the FA Cup Third Round

It will be the first time that QPR have faced the club since defecting from Wimbledon and will see Jamie Mackie coming up against the club that let him go for nothing.

The tie will be played the weekend commencing January 7, and will take place at the stadium:mk.

Rangers are perilously close to equalling an unwanted FA Cup record, going 15 games without a win.

Rangers have now been defeated by Arsenal, Swansea City, Vauxhall Motors, Grimsby Town, Nottingham Forest, Blackburn Rovers along with Luton, Chelsea, Burnley and Sheffield United.

The last FA Cup win came against Luton Town in 2001 before the R’s went on to be smashed by Arsenal (6-0) at Loftus Road.

Given Neil Wanrock’s evident lack of apetite for cup competitions this could well see another swift exit for the R’s.
