Queens Park Rangers have today confirmed the specifics of the deal taking Lee Cook to Leyton Orient

As revealed on Tuesday, Cook has confirmed a loan deal with League One side Leyton Orient.

The wide-man has penned a loan deal with the O’s until December 21, while also being available to feature in the FA Cup.

He will join up with his new squad members with a view to claiming a place in the starting eleven against Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.

The 29-year-old impressed in an initial spell at Queens Park Rangers while on loan from Watford and eventually engineered a permanent move to Loftus Road upon their promotion to the Championship.

After some sterling performances he moved to Fulham and in order to aid the club in its financial plight, gave back the loyalty money upon the switch across West London.

Since then Cook has found the going tough with a string of injury complaints, limiting him to one appearance this season against Rochdale and his inevitable absence from the 25-man squad.
