Versatile youngster Jay Emmanuel-Thomas is reportedly on Neil Warnock’s wish-list, if the tabloids are to be believed.
The Daily Mail are among others suggesting that QPR are in a tussle with Ipswich Town for the signature of the highly-rated Arsenal youngster.
Emmanuel-Thomas, who can play just about anywhere on the field, has been primarily plying his trade as a striker for Arsene Wenger at youth level, and has broken through to make one senior start.
With first team appearances at a minimum Wenger is reportedly looking to blood the youngster on loan – as he did with Blackpool and Doncaster Rovers last season.
Roy Keane at Ipswich is keen to recruit the talent with QPR reportedly tracking his progress. Time will tell how much substance there is to this latest rumour.
