Reports today suggest that Richard Wood is a target for Queens Park Rangers and Coventry City after ruling out others.

The Yorkshire Post makes Rangers and the Sky Blues front-runners for the want-away Sheffield Wednesday defender.

Vital QPR brought you the news on Tuesday that the R`s were looking at Wood, after rejecting both Barnsley and Notts County.

The defender received a hot reception after he come from the bench at Hillsborough, with many supporters booing the Owls youth product.

Wood has featured 170 times for Wednesday but now appears to be on his way out of the club after refusing to sign a new deal. Barnsley are the only club to have made a formal approach but were knocked back by Laws and Sheffield Wednesday.
