Queens Park Rangers’ friendly against Oxford United has been cancelled, but QPR were quick to find a replacement for the vacated date.

The R`s will now line-up against Stevenage Borough at Broadhall Way on Saturday 19th July 2008 at 3:00pm.

The last time the two sides met was also in a pre-season friendly under the reign of Gary Waddock, when the R`s cantered to a 4-1 win courtesy of a second half Kevin Gallen brace.

Stevenage this season narrowly missed out on the playoffs, and were quick to dispatch of former England Under 21 Manager Peter Taylor as a result, appointing former manager Graham Westley.
