Queens Park Rangers have secured the services of midfielder Ariel Borysiuk

The 24-year-old signs a three year deal after the club agreed an undisclosed fee with Legia Warsaw.

He becomes QPR’s first foray into the transfer market in what looks set to be a busy summer for manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

He told QPR.co.uk: ‘I am delighted we’ve signed him, because he is a player I really wanted to bring to this football club.

‘I believe Ariel’s game is built for English football. He likes to get stuck in and stamp his authority on games. He’s young, committed and plays with great passion.

‘Most of his good work goes unnoticed, but when he’s not playing, you miss him – and that’s a good quality for a defensive-minded midfield player.’

This further bolsters the midfield following Karl Henry penning an extension to his deal in W12.
