Many QPR fans have responded on Twitter after their club account tweeted about the six-game unbeaten run that they are on.
With Rangers coming from behind to beat Preston North End in their own backyard – the team who is fourth in the home table – the club have now seemingly got some momentum going into the final stretch.
The R’s have three wins and three losses from the last six, starting their this joyous run with a 0-0 draw at Swansea City.
After that, they defeated Stoke City 4-2, drew 0-0 with Nottingham Forest, beat Derby 2-1, drew with Birmingham 2-2 and then, of course, beat Preston 3-1 at Deepdale.
Now, with just nine games to go, Mark Warburton has managed to drag his Financial Fair Play-restricted side away from the relegation battle, and in with a shot in the dark at the play-offs.
Will we beat Barnsley on the weekend?
Yes
No
QPR are still not in the top half of the season, but are only six points off Preston who are occupying sixth place, and have a juicy 11 point buffer on the relegation zone.
With the club tweeting about the six-game run, a big variety of responses prevailed. Some suggested that they have cursed their game against bottom of the league Barnsley, while others had some more positive messages.
Here are some of the replies below…
Start plugging the Barnsley game relentlessly, lads.
There's a massive opportunity to get the place bouncing.
Perfect chance for kids for a quid, bring a mate for a tenner etc.

5 of our 9 remaining games are against bottom 6 teams seems a bit too good to be true #QPR

With the club just six points shy of the playoffs, they have a chance of making that many points in just two games as they face two sides in the relegation zone: Barnsley and Charlton.
Nevertheless, they are fighting for their lives down there – and sometimes at this stage of the season, that can be tougher than a team in midtable.
