QUEENS Park Rangers have been given the ‘green light’ to discuss a move with Bolton Wanderers midfielder Darren Pratley, according to reports.

The Bolton News is reporting that QPR are now able to hold talks with the former Fulham enforcer.

The 30-year-old has been a long-term target of QPR, being linked to the club under several different managers, but it appears this time that if there is an appetite to sign Pratley, a deal could be on the cards.

While this was reported yesterday (Tuesday), Rangers have made strides to sell Leroy Fer and potentially today, Matt Phillips, which could alter plans in the coming days.

Pratley has witnessed first hand the Trotters’ fall from grace, having played in the Premier League before dropping into the Championship and latterly League One for the Lancashire outfit.
