Kelly Talks Up Fulham’s Chances

FORMER QPR loanee Stephen Kelly is confident ahead of Fulham’s trip to Loftus Road.

Rangers were on the rough end of a six goal thrashing at Craven Cottage, with now QPR forward Bobby Zamora in the goals for the Cottagers on the day.

While Stephen Kelly – a former QPR full-back – admits going to Loftus Road will be tough, he seems relaxed about his side’s chances in W12.

He said: ‘Going to Loftus Road is a tough place to play. It`s a small, compact ground and QPR have invested a lot in the last transfer window and obviously Bobby (Zamora) has gone there.

‘They`re not going to make it easy for us but with the quality we have here I think we`re more than capable of going there to get a result.’

To do this Fulham will have to improve on a poor away records, seeing them record only eight maximums on the road in the last four seasons in the Premier League.
