‘It was a very lively game. Give them credit, they pressed us well and made it difficult for us.

‘We didn’t look as sharp as I’d hoped we would early on but we kept going and going and there were plusses.

‘Clean sheets please me and that’s two out of out two.

‘These games are notoriously difficult at this stage of the season so to come through with a win and a clean sheet is important.’
