We want to hear from you on how you would change the club if appointed new boss of QPR.

Copy/Paste the Q&A below and email to us at editor@qpr.vitalfootball.co.uk and we will try and print as many as we can over the next few weeks!

Our first QPR manager is DUNKEN FRANCIS from Auckland, New Zealand!!

1.Which players would you look to get rid of ASAP?? Rose, Tchakounte, Furs, Gallen. The last two have been great servants of the clubs and are heroes in their own rights, but are simply to old and off the pace to be competitive. It would be great to see them stay at the club perhaps in a coach role for the reserves etc.

2. Which Players would you look to secure to longer deals?? Cook, Rowlands, Ray Jones, Pat Kanyuka, Stefan Bailey.

3.You are given a limited but manageable budget to bring in a few players either on loan or permanent deals but have been promised more cash depending on whether you sell any players for a reasonable sum. If so, then what areas of the team would you look to improve(feel free to name any players)? DEFENCE! We are currently shipping 1.65 goals a game. I`d love to see the Dyer back on loan or permanently, and also Lee Camp, who was great during his spell at the R`s.

4.Who would you make team captain? Ainsworth or Bircham- NOT ROSE!

5.The press want to know how your appointment is going to make a difference at the club. What statement would you make to give the fans encouragement? I would rather send out a team of 6 that REALLY want to play and win, than 11 that couldn`t be bothered.

6.On your first day in the job you hear that 2 of your best players want to leave the club. How would you deal with the situation? Find out why, and address the problem in a way that most benefits the greater good of the club.

7.You win 7 out of your first 9 matches and the fans love you. However, you learn that your top striker who has scored 10 goals during that period has turned up to the ground before a match smelling of booze having been out all night and only slept for 2 hours. He is your best player but what do you do?? Take him to one side and find out what is wrong – no-one behaves like that without there being big issues at the root of the problem. Then basically offer him whatever support he needs, but drop him to the bench for that game, and make him report into me before future matches first thing in the morning so I can see if he`s fit to play.

8.After 18 months in charge you get an offer to manage Aston Villa after Rangers missed out on the play offs by 4 points. Villa have offered you a 3 year contract worth £9m plus a transfer budget from Randy Lerner of £50m. Do you stay with QPR or take the Villa job and give reasons? From a life-long Ranger`s fan point of view, I`d tell them to stick their 9million, but realistically, any manager in that position would be mad to turn it down.
