It was another hugely disappointing night on Wednesday evening as Queens Park Rangers fell to yet another Championship defeat with a late stoppage-time goal that gifted Rotherham United all three points on the day.
The visitors to Loftus Road on the evening did edge chances on the day, but having worked hard after a goalless first half to get back on level terms as Bright Osayi-Samuel made it 1-1, the least we should’ve been looking at was a point.
Sadly that wasn’t to be and a very honest Jake Bidwell after the game admitted that the players had to look at themselves given how regularly this is now happening to us.
Chairman Amit Bhatia has never been one to hide on social media.
Tweeting late in the night bc it’s taken me this long to recover from tonight’s horrific performance and horrendous result. Last game was bad, tonight was even worse. We have got to work hard and see this season out positively now. Thanks to our fans for their continued support.

Reactions from fans were pretty mixed obviously with the pressure rising on manager Steve McClaren, but given our form and improvement only a few months back, there are a number of fans who want him to be given more time.
One thing is for sure, next summer is going to become a big few months for us as the Board continue to look to turn the club around and credit to Bhatia, he responded to a good number of fans and admitted things needed to improve in the aftermath of the game which only builds confidence in him really.
