Hogan Ephraim has reportedly penned a loan deal at The Valley today.

The Queens Park Rangers loanee has been in search of a club ever since he was left out of Neil Warnock’s Premier League squad.

The former West Ham United man has been a key figure for Rangers since joining in 2008 after a successful loan spell.

The 23-year-old wide-man has featured in a variety of positions both wide and through the middle – latterly for a brief spell under Paulo Sousa.

He has had a brief spell away from the club with then League One side Leeds United, before returning to help play a role in Rangers’ promotion last season.

He has penned a loan deal at Charlton Athletic until January 3, 2012 and will look to go right into the squad to face the rejuvenated FC Halifax Town in the FA Cup this weekend.
