HARRY Redknapp was happy to finally make Tal Ben-Haim his first permanent capture for QPR.
The QPR boss has moved quickly in the transfer market to make long-term trialist Ben-Haim a permanent fixture in W12 – helping to bolster QPR’s defensive options for January at least.
He told QPR.co.uk that the Israeli defender’s experience will prove a good addition to the current set-up.
‘Tal`s a great professional with vast experience and I`m confident he`ll be a really useful addition to the squad.
‘His attitude is first class and the fact he can play anywhere across the back four is obviously a big bonus for us.
‘He just wants to play. He`s not here for the money or anything like that. He just wants to come in and do his best for the club.’
Ben-Haim could feature tomorrow against West Bromwich Albion, while he’ll be available for Tottenham Hotspur (H), West Ham United (A) and Manchester City (H) at least.
