HARRY Redknapp has dismissed Esteban Granero’s rumoured departure as agent talk – and wants all hands on deck.

The 25-year-old, who joined from Real Madrid in the summer, has struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League as is already subject to departure rumours.

Fiorentina are the latest side linked with his signature, but Redknapp has already reiterated his desire to keep the squad together and have everyone battling to save QPR.

He is reported in the Fulham and Hammersmith Chronicle as saying: ‘I don’t know anything about that,’ (Granero rumours).

‘I’m not looking to get rid of anyone at the moment – we need all hands on deck.

‘Every agent is putting things about, but they’ve just to get on doing well for QPR.

‘If they all play to their potential then we won’t have a problem. They can’t be thinking about their next move.

‘This is the club they belong to. They need to play well here and we’ll look at that in the future.’

As the nature of the Spanish game is very different from football in the Premiership this could be one of the main reasons for the slow start to Granero’s QPR career. Granero is still a player who has moved from Real Madrid who are one of the top teams in Spain playing in one of the greatest stadiums in the world which you can get tickets for through Spanish Ticket Bureau.

There is plenty Granero can offer QPR and with a little more time and patience he could be the key to helping them survive.

The Spaniard has made 12 appearances for QPR thus far this season, scoring a solitary goal in a 3-2 defeat away at West Bromwich Albion.
