Andy Haines from Tyne & Wear will take charge of his first QPR fixture as Rangers’ travel away to Deepdale this weekend.

In 2003 Mr Haines was promoted to the National List of Assistant Referees before graduating as a Panel Referee and making the National List in 2007.

The official has yet to take charge of QPR, but took charge of his first Championship figure last season as Preston drew at home to Plymouth Argyle.

Thus far this season in 26 games he has dished out 80 yellow cards and five reds, giving him a card average of 3.27 cards per game.

This weekend he will be assisted by Mr Richard Bartlett (Cheshire) and Mr Adrian Holmes (West Yorkshire), the fourth official Mr Gary Hilton (Lancashire).
