Queens Park Rangers took a 3-0 victory over Barnet earlier today and manager Steve McClaren would certainly have been pleased with the improvement on display following the earlier 3-3 draw with Charlton Athletic at Harlington.

This time around we kept the clean sheet and still managed to find the net in a new 4231 system, and Ebere Eze is certainly finding his form early on in the 2018/19 pre-season as he found the back of the net for the second successive match.
For this behind closed doors friendly, after opening the scoring, he saw Matt Smith and Ilias Chair join him on the scoresheet against our National League visitors.
With our former England man taking the opportunity to field two different sides in each half in the previous game, this time around his starting XI got a solid hour under their belts as they pushed themselves before other players got the final 30 minutes.
🗣 John Eustace gave his thoughts after #QPR's pre-season win over Barnet.

QPR 0-60 mins:
Ingram, Furlong, Leistner, Baptiste, Bidwell, Scowen, Manning, Freeman, Eze, Washington, Smith.
QPR 60-90 mins:
Lumley, Kakay, Owens, Phillips, Hamalainen, Wszolek, Cousins, Wheeler, Chair, Osayi-Samuel, Sylla.
Ultimately though, especially at this stage of the season it was another good and productive workout and Eze’s progress shows no signs of slowing down.
Unfortunately, a number of fans had poor sound and some technical issues, so if you missed the goals check out below.
