Vital Queens Park Rangers has been informed that striker Marc Nygaard has left Loftus Road and returned to his native country Denmark.

According to a Danish language sports website www.bold.dk the 31-year-old, (whose Rangers contract expires this summer) has already signed.

Vital QPR regular and Danish resident ACE has translated the following.

Randers FC director Jacob Nielsen stated earlier, that in spite of the signing of forward Søren Berg the club was still on the outlook for another striker. Randers has, according to bold.dk’s own information, found their man in the former Danish international.

In 2005, QPR signed Nygaard from Italian side FC Brescia Calcio, and before that he played for Dutch and Belgian clubs. He had his debut in the Danish national team in 2000 in a friendly against Germany ending his spell in 2002 with six caps in all.

Bold.dk has information that Nygaard will arrive in Randers within days.
