Sean Thomas has found a club following his release from Queens Park Rangers.

21 year old Thomas was snapped up by Wealdstone boss Gordon Bartlett in the wake of losing his first choice goalkeeper, Richard Barnard to Blue Square Premier outfit, Weymouth.

The Stones who are currently plying their trade in the Ryman League Premier Division, have snapped up Thomas following a successful loan spell last season. Thomas was also sent out on loan to Bristol City in 2006/07 as injury cover for the injured Chris Weale.

Rangers goalkeeping injury crisis saw the young stopper called to the first team squad for an away defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion, unfortunately however Thomas never made a competitive first team appearance.

A plethora of goalkeepers making their way through the youth ranks including American Reece Crowther, ensured that Thomas` services were not required in W12.

The former R`s custodian came up through the centre of excellence at QPR before being released along with four other players towards the back end of the 2007/08 season.
