Keiron Dyer looks to be out until the new year after suffering a set-back in his foot injury.
Football’s unluckiest man has been dealt another timely injury blow as a NEW injury complaint has come to the fore with ligament damage to the front of his foot.
The midfielder was ruled out after just a few minutes of the opening day clash with Bolton Wanderers and now looks set to miss the next few months with this latest set-back.
Warnock said: ‘It’s not looking good for Keiron, and it looks as if he will need a lengthy rehab.
‘There seems to be new ligament problem at the front of his foot, and he has been in a lot of pain.
‘I feel for the lad, especially after the training and effort he`s made to get back.’
